Join SnoValley Tilth at Chinook Farms for a delicious and celebratory table-to-farm dinner prepared by Chef Jason Stoneburner.
Chef Jason Stoneburner’s cuisine and his 25-year tenure in some of Seattle’s finer restaurants, including his restaurant Stoneburner in Ballard, has built friendships with farmers, foragers and the fishing community. He is a supporter of SnoValley Tilth in our work to promote more sustainable food systems. We are honored to invite you to share this delicious evening with Chef Jason preparing a hearty and heartfelt locally-grown meal.
Guests will arrive to farm-fresh appetizers and a glass of wine or beer, then be invited to see parts of the farm and talk with some of SnoValley Tilth’s farmers. The dinner will be a rustic, farm-fresh, delicious meal featuring products locally grown directly at Chinook Farms, along with other local SnoValley Tilth member farms. As the sun starts to dip across the fields and reflect on the mountains, Chef Jason will serve the evening’s dessert to cap off this delectable evening in the field.
