Through discussions with local livestock and poultry growers SnoValley Tilth has become more aware of the difficulties facing small farms regarding the lack of meat processing options in our area (and beyond). While SVT does not have a solution, we would like to help farmers get together to develop connections, community, and to discuss the problems and brainstorm possible next steps.
Please join us for a gathering of livestock and poultry producers at Mollie Bear Farm on Wednesday, November 9 from 6:30-8pm.
All are welcome to join, so please spread the word amongst your farmer friends, homesteaders, and anyone that produces meat for sale.
We would appreciate RSVPs so we can plan accordingly. Email justine@snovalleytilth.org if you plan to attend.
SnoValley Tilth will provide beverages. Please feel free to bring a snack, your dinner, or something to share if you’re so inclined.

DON’T GET LOST! Follow these directions:
- Come to Carnation and go east at the only stop light in town. This is Entwistle and follow it for a little LESS than one mile.
- Turn left onto Tolt Highlands Rd NE and stay on it for a little OVER two miles.
- We are on the left. Our address number 7833 is on a little blue sign just before our gate. Look for the red barn.
